This international forum will bring together Policewomen (Polwan), police leaders, and law enforcement practitioners from various countries to strengthen collaboration, professional development, and cross-cultural friendship.
Carrying the spirit of togetherness and empowerment of women in police institutions, IAWP 2026 will not only present a series of conferences and discussion sessions. The committee also designs various activities aimed at strengthening relationships between participants from around the world, making this forum a strategic space for sharing experiences and best practices of Policewomen.
One of the main agendas that is highlighted is the Parade of Nations. In the parade, delegations from various countries will appear together, showcasing the diversity of cultures and corps identities.
This activity is a symbol of solidarity and cooperation of the global police community in supporting the role of women in law enforcement. As a form of concern for the environment and sustainability, IAWP 2026 participants will participate in mangrove planting activities on the coast of Bali. This action is expected to make a real contribution to the preservation of coastal ecosystems while emphasizing a shared commitment to protecting the environment for future generations.
The peak of the series of social and cultural activities will be marked by Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Night. This gala dinner is packaged as a cultural exchange event, where participants can introduce the uniqueness of their respective countries while enjoying the diversity of Indonesian culture in an atmosphere of friendship and togetherness.
The Chairperson of the IAWP 2026 Indonesia Committee, Brigadier General Nurul Azizah, said that this conference has strategic significance. "IAWP 2026 is not just a conference, but a momentum to strengthen solidarity and collaboration among Policewomen Worldwide.
