President Prabowo to Present Prabowonomics at WEF

RRI.CO.ID, London - President Prabowo Subianto is scheduled to attend the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland, on Thursday, 22 January 2026. He is scheduled to present an economic concept known as Prabowonomics.

Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya in the United Kingdom on Wednesday, 21 January 2026, local time, explained that President Prabowo will deliver a keynote speech at the forum. Approximately, it will be attended by more than 65 heads of state and government as well as over 1,000 CEOs of major global companies.

At the forum, President Prabowo will outline a number of economic concepts that he has developed and implemented, both prior to becoming president and during his presidency.

“Essentially, he will speak about the economic concepts he has thought through and already implemented, from before he became President and since becoming President up to now,” Cabinet Secretary Teddy stated to the media at London Stansted Airport, England, prior to departing for Switzerland.

In addition, President Prabowo will also present the achievements of his administration during his first year in office. According to Teddy, the economic concept to be presented by Prabowo is referred to as Prabowonomics.

“And he will share the results that the government has achieved over the past year. He calls this Prabowonomics, so you’ll see tomorrow,” he said.

Indonesia’s participation in WEF 2026 is considered a strategic momentum to reaffirm Indonesia’s position in the global supply chain, strengthen its image and investment opportunities, and attract investor commitments in green energy, the digital economy, and other strategic sectors.

In addition to attending the World Economic Forum (WEF), President Prabowo will also hold meetings with a number of world leaders and global figures during his visit to Switzerland.
