The journey begins at a traditional market in Kampung Kota Prawirotaman, known for its diverse local life. Visitors can interact with residents while discovering ingredients behind Indonesia’s distinctive flavors.

The experience explores sweet, sour, salty, and bitter flavors through ingredients with distinctive characteristics and meanings. Guests also learn about stories and philosophies connected to traditional Indonesian dishes.

The journey continues through the Boja Table Experience, bringing guests together around food inspired by Indonesian culinary archives. Menus feature traditional ingredients and recipes connected to Japan, Sumatra, Nusa Tenggara, and other regions.

Each dish connects guests with Indonesia’s culinary development across centuries through flavors, traditions, and cultural stories. The experience presents a journey from gardens and local ingredients toward the dining table.
