RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta – The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) reports that several companies are in the pipeline for initial public offerings (IPOs) through October 2, 2026. This pipeline boosts prospects for corporate fundraising in the capital markets.
"Until now, there are seven companies in the IDX’s listing pipeline,” said Directors of Corporate Valuation at the IDX, Saidu Solihin, in an official statement in Jakarta on Monday, October 5, 2026, as quoted by Antara.
Saidu noted that two of the prospective issuers are blue-chip companies with assets exceeding IDR 250 billion (approximately USD 13.94 million). Meanwhile, there are three mid-cap companies with assets of IDR 50–250 billion and two third-liner companies with assets below IDR 50 billion.
By sector, healthcare companies dominate the pipeline with four companies, followed by two in the energy sector and one in the industrial sector. This asset classification is based on Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No. 53/POJK.04/2017.
From the start of 2026 through October 2, seven companies have listed on the IDX and raised a total of IDR 2.16 trillion. The number of listed companies now stands at 963, while the IDX aims to reach 1,100 listed companies by 2030.
Funding activity has also been robust in the debt securities market. The IDX recorded 135 issuances from 62 issuers of Debt Securities and Sharia Bonds (EBUS), raising a total of IDR 132.98 trillion.

A total of 24 issuances from 17 EBUS issuers are still in the pipeline. These pending issuances come from various sectors and indicate that opportunities for corporate financing through debt instruments remain open.
In the equity market, 15 companies have conducted rights issues, or Preemptive Rights (HMETD), raising a total of IDR 16.23 trillion as of October 2, 2026. One company in the real estate sector is still in the pipeline for a rights issue.
Thus, the capital market provides three main funding channels for corporations through IPOs, EBUS issuances, and rights issues. This combination expands companies’ options for raising expansion capital while simultaneously broadening the base of domestic issuers. ***
