Five Indonesian Teams Target Free Fire World Series SEA 2026 Fall Title

RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta - Indonesia will field five teams in pursuit of the Free Fire World Series Southeast Asia (FFWS SEA) 2026 Fall crown, starting August 14, with the grand finals set for September 19–20 in Surabaya, East Java.

The event gives Indonesia an opportunity to showcase its esports strength while hosting the region's biggest stage.

Free Fire publisher and developer Garena Indonesia announced Monday, August 10, that Bigetron by Vitality, EVOS Divine, MBR Omega, ONIC, and RRQ Kazu will represent Indonesia at FFWS SEA 2026 Fall.

They will compete against 13 teams from Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia for the regional title and eight qualifying spots at the FFWS Global Finals 2026 in November, Antara reported.

The Indonesian representatives will begin their campaign in the Knockout Stage. Bigetron by Vitality is in Group A with Vietnam's Secret WAG and Thailand's Buriram United Esports, while RRQ Kazu is in Group B with All Gamers Global (AG.AL).

ONIC, EVOS Divine, and MBR Omega are in Group C. The group draw means Indonesia could field up to four teams in a single lobby when Group C meets either Group A or Group B.

Among the five Indonesian representatives, ONIC is the only team to have previously won the FFWS SEA title since the regional competition began in 2024. ONIC won the FFWS SEA 2025 Spring and will seek to lift the trophy again in front of Indonesian supporters.

The 2026 Fall season also features several roster changes. EVOS Divine added FaizMKS and IKAL after Rasyah and Rey took breaks, while ONIC signed Thai player Rattapoom Sunthalunai, known as POOM, and brought Geday back into its roster.

Bigetron by Vitality, MBR Omega, and RRQ Kazu, meanwhile, retained their previous-season lineups to build on their existing chemistry.

Indonesian talent will also compete for Malaysian teams. Juann has joined Team VAMOS alongside Azriel, while Viruzz will represent Maqna Esports Club and RYUU will play for Esports Putrajaya. Four Indonesian players will therefore compete with Malaysian teams.

FFWS SEA 2026 Fall carries the theme "Beyond All Limits." Eighteen teams will compete in Phase 1 from August 14-23, before the 12 best teams advance to Phases 2 and 3 from August 28 to September 6.

The eight best teams will then compete for the title at the Grand Finals in Surabaya. The final round will use the Champion Rush format, with a 110-point threshold. The first team to reach the threshold and secure a Booyah will be crowned FFWS SEA 2026 Fall champion. ***
