RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta – Indonesia’s roller skating athletes are proving their strength not just in one discipline but across multiple international competitions, highlighting the growing depth of talent in the sport.

Their recent medal hauls at the Asian Speed Track Series 2026 in Guiyang, China, and the Blading Cup Asia Roller Freestyle Street 2026 in Jakarta underline how diverse Indonesian athletes have become in both speed and freestyle categories.

At the Asian Speed Track Series, the team delivered standout performances across various events. Keysha Nadira captured gold in the 10,000m Elimination and 5,000m Points to Point.

Farah Amalia added gold in the 200m Dual Time Trial and bronze in the 500m Sprint, while Rafael Bimasena secured gold in the 200m DTT and silver in the 500m Sprint.

Other medalists included Rifa Moza (gold in 500m Sprint, silver in 1,000m Sprint), Ahmad Adam (silver in 200m DTT, bronze in 500m Sprint), and Naadirah Aqilah (two silvers in 500m and 1,000m Sprint).

The medal tally continued with Nycta Jingga (two silvers and one bronze), Alfathur Nararya (silver in 200m DTT), Aurelia Nareswari (two bronzes in long-distance events), and Kevan Firdaus (bronze in 1,000m Sprint). PB Porserosi praised the athletes’ spirit.

“Every race, every finish line, and every medal reflects the hard work, commitment, and fighting spirit of our athletes. May Team Indonesia continue to succeed in future competitions, climb higher, and bring pride to the nation,” noted the federation, as quoted by Antara.

At the same time, freestyle skaters shone at the Blading Cup Asia Roller Freestyle Street in Jakarta. Julian Surya Kanigara won gold in Junior Men and bronze in Open Men, while Giovanna Agfa Azzalea claimed gold in Junior Women. Kehara Faiha added bronze in the same category, showing Indonesia’s rising strength in freestyle disciplines.

These achievements build on earlier success at the Saitama Inline Freestyle Asia Cup 2026 in Japan, where Queen Azmi Harthifa won gold in Speed Slalom Junior Women U15 and Muhammad Kenzo Gani earned bronze in Classic Slalom Junior Men U15.

Indonesia’s roller skating athletes are not only collecting medals but also demonstrating versatility across speed, slalom, and freestyle events.
