RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta - The Minister of Creative Economy/Head of the Creative Economy Agency, Teuku Riefky Harsya, attended the launch of Wolvesight, an innovative cybersecurity application platform based on artificial intelligence (AI) developed by Indonesians.

The presence of this application demonstrates Indonesia's capacity to create technology relevant to the needs of the global industry. In his speech at the 2025 World Governments Summit, President Prabowo Subianto emphasized Indonesia's vision of an inclusive digital transformation.

The President stated that, "Every Indonesian, from remote islands to the heart of Jakarta, must have equal opportunities to participate in the digital economy, to learn, innovate, and achieve prosperity."

Responding to this vision, the Minister of Creative Economy emphasized that cybersecurity is a key foundation that must be strengthened for sustainable digital transformation.

"A vision as grand as this cannot be achieved without robust cybersecurity. Cybersecurity is no longer just a technical component. It is the foundation of trust that underpins all digital economic activities, data protection, platform integrity, intellectual property protection, and the business continuity of creative economy practitioners," the Minister said in Jakarta on Thursday, June 4, 2026.

To realize the President's vision and support Indonesia's target of becoming one of the world's 20 largest economies by 2045, the Minister emphasized the importance of three main prerequisites: the development of a reliable and secure super platform, the acceleration of digital transformation across all levels of the ecosystem, and the production of quality, globally competitive digital talent.

Teuku Riefky added that the presence of Wolvesight demonstrates that Indonesia is not only a technology user but also capable of delivering innovative and competitive digital solutions.

More than just a local innovation, Wolvesight is the first platform in Southeast Asia to combine multi-agent AI technology and evidence-first validation to support penetration testing and identify business logic flaws in industrial and banking systems.

"What's even more impressive is that this innovation stems from the experience, competence, and creativity of Indonesian youth who understand market needs as well as the digital security challenges facing various industrial sectors. This is a concrete manifestation of the creative economy's contribution to strengthening Indonesia's digital sovereignty," he said.

According to a release received by RRI Voice of Indonesia on Friday, June 5, 2026, the launch of Wolvesight aligns with the Ministry of Creative Economy's efforts to encourage the strengthening of a digital-based creative economy ecosystem that is secure, resilient, and technologically sovereign.

Meanwhile, Spentera Group Owner & Managing Director, Royke L. Tobing, stated that Wolvesight emerged as a result of research and development of Indonesian talent to address increasingly complex cybersecurity needs.

He believes Indonesia needs to encourage the development of more local cybersecurity products that not only act as consultants or distributors of foreign technology but also produce innovative products of their own that are globally competitive.

"Through Wolvesight, we want to demonstrate that Indonesian talent is capable of creating its own cybersecurity products that are relevant to market needs and globally competitive. We developed Wolvesight to help organizations conduct penetration testing and identify security vulnerabilities more quickly and accurately. Currently, the focus is on industrial and banking systems that have high digital security needs," Royke said.

The presence of the Minister of Creative Economy affirms the government's commitment to encouraging the birth of cybersecurity innovations created by the nation's youth.

This step aligns with the role of the Deputy for Digital Creativity and Technology at the Ministry of Creative Economy, led by Muhammad Neil El Himam, in developing applications and strengthening the technology-based creative economy ecosystem.
