President Prabowo Highlights Danantara Indonesia's Strong Financial Growth

RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta - President Prabowo Subianto said state asset fund Danantara Indonesia has shown strong performance results over the past year, as reflected in its return on assets, which rose by more than 300 percent compared to the previous year.

“I received a report, and I am pleased. The return on assets for 2025 increased by more than 300 percent compared to previous years,” the President said during his speech at Danantara’s first anniversary thanksgiving ceremony in Jakarta on Wednesday, March 11, 2026.

According to the President, the increase demonstrates the potential of state asset management when handled in an integrated manner. He said professional management can provide significant added value to the national economy.

He explained that the establishment of Danantara was a strategic step by the government to consolidate various state assets. Through this consolidation, state-owned assets are expected to deliver greater economic benefits.

Danantara currently manages nearly a thousand companies, including state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and their subsidiaries and sub-companies across various sectors, the President said.

He added that the success shows state asset management is on the right track. With solid management, SOEs are considered capable of achieving stronger performance. “Our premise proved correct: rational consolidation of management with the best global standards. I received a return on assets of over 300 percent,” he said.

The President emphasized that Danantara still has tasks to complete, including improving its ability to generate net profit from total assets.
