RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta - After their last visit in 2023, Canadian band Simple Plan is set to return to Indonesia for a concert tour in November 2026, with scheduled performances in Jakarta and Surabaya. The Jakarta concert (Tennis Indoor Senayan) will take place on November 27, 2026, while Surabaya (Jatim Expo Surabaya) will host them on November 28, 2026.

The news was announced by the pop-punk band through its official Instagram account @simpleplan on Friday, April 24. The concert is part of their global “Bigger Than You Think!” tour.

Celebrating their 25th anniversary, Simple Plan – comprises Pierre Bouvier, Chuck Comeau, Jeff Stinco and Sébastien Lefebvre will also perform in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Manila and Hong Kong. The concerts will feature LOLO as the opening act.

On the website of Simple Plan Indonesia, it is said the concerts feature a specially curated setlist that spans every era of the band’s career, from their biggest hits and fan favorites to rarely performed tracks. In a statement, the band expressed their excitement about returning to Southeast Asia, describing it as a region that has supported them for so long.

Simple Plan has achieved significant, long-lasting success in the music industry over their 25-year career, selling over 10 million albums worldwide and cementing their status as pop-punk legends.

Known for hit singles such as the viral "I'm Just a Kid," "Welcome to My Life," and "Perfect," the band has generated over a billion YouTube views and maintained a strong, relevant presence until now.

Pre-sale tickets starts May 4, 2026, at 10:00am Western Indonesia Time (WIB). General tickets are on sale on May 5, 2026, at 10:00 am WIB. Tickets can be purchased through the official website www.simpleplanindonesia.com.
