RRI.CO.ID, Tangerang – Indonesia’s Danantara Housing Expo (DHE) 2026 generated Rp2 trillion or US$112.77 million in total project value, highlighting international and domestic demand for integrated real estate solutions. Held at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition, Tangerang from August 27–30, 2026, the four-day event drew nearly 40,000 total visitors seeking accessible homeownership options.

The exhibition featured over 130 state-owned and private developers offering access to 360,000 residential units ranging from subsidized homes to luxury properties. To streamline the buying process, prospective owners consulted directly with financial institutions on customized mortgage schemes.

Danantara Indonesia Chief Operating Officer Dony Oskaria explained that the high turnout showed a strong demand for convenient home-buying options. He noted that connecting developers and financial partners in one place made finding a home much simpler for visitors.

"Danantara Housing Expo attracts around 10,000 visitors each day. This enthusiasm reflects strong public interest and demand for an ecosystem that provides various housing options and payment promotions in one location, namely DHE 2026. Through DHE 2026, the public was able to compare a wide range of housing options and financing solutions more easily," Dony said, as quoted from a written press release on Monday, August 31, 2026.

Beyond real estate sales, the event provided educational workshops, modern construction showcases, and a mass mortgage signing for 200 new homeowners. These collaborative programs align directly with the national government's Three Million Homes initiative to expand housing access across the country.

"These achievements reflect strong public enthusiasm for DHE and show that collaboration among developers, banks, and various stakeholders can expand public access to housing. Going forward, we hope DHE can be held on a larger scale and involve an even broader ecosystem to support the Three Million Homes Program," Dony added.

Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas, Maruarar Sirait, commended the exhibition for its key role in supporting national housing initiatives. He emphasized that strong partnerships between government agencies, banks, and developers made the event a major success.

"Danantara Housing Expo has made a tangible contribution to supporting the Three Million Homes Program through collaboration across a comprehensive ecosystem that reaches various segments of society. We also appreciate the organization of this event, which was managed professionally and with quality. If the inaugural edition has already delivered very strong results, we are optimistic that, going forward, DHE can grow even bigger and deliver broader benefits for the public," Maruarar said.
