Six Companies in Pipeline to List on Capital Market as of July 2026: IDX

RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta - Companies’ interest in raising funds through the Indonesian capital market remains strong. The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has listed the companies in the Initial Public Offering (IPO) pipeline as of July 8, 2026.

“To date, there are six companies in the IDX’s IPO pipeline,” said IDX Director of Corporate Valuation, Saidu Solihin, in a statement in Jakarta on Wednesday, July 8, as quoted by Antara.

Saidu explained that three of the prospective issuers fall into the big-cap category, with assets exceeding IDR 250 billion (approximately USD 13.86 million). Meanwhile, one company is classified as having medium-sized assets valued at IDR 50–250 billion, while the other two are companies with assets below IDR 50 billion.

These categories are in accordance with Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No. 53/POJK.04/2017.

By business sector, the IPO pipeline consists of two companies in the healthcare sector, two in the non-essential consumer goods sector, one in the essential consumer goods sector, and one in the raw materials sector.

Fundraising activity through the capital market also continues to increase. As of July 8, five companies had completed IPOs, raising a total of IDR 1.67 trillion, bringing the number of listed companies on the IDX to 961.

In the bond and sukuk markets, the IDX recorded 93 issuances of Debt Securities and Sukuk (EBUS) from 52 issuers, raising a total of IDR 94.45 trillion. Additionally, 28 issuances from 21 issuers are still in the pipeline.

Meanwhile, through rights issues (Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu/HMETD), four companies have raised IDR 3.89 trillion. The IDX also noted that one company in the technology sector is still set to conduct a rights issue. ***
