Indonesian MSMEs to Showcase Sustainable Products in Kyoto

RRI.CO.ID, Kyoto - Indonesian MSMEs will showcase sustainable and creative products at The 3rd Organic Lifestyle Expo West in Kyoto. The exhibition will take place at Kyoto Miyako Messe on Friday and Saturday, June 12–13, 2026.
The participation is organized through cooperation between the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in Osaka and the Indonesian Trade Promotion Center (ITPC) Osaka. The initiative aims to promote Indonesian environmentally friendly products to consumers and business partners in Japan.
A total of eight Indonesian companies will participate in the exhibition. They are Batik Wiliwang, Prajan Eco, Komang Tri Jewelry, Di Kala Hujan, Popsiklus, WN White Noise, Saraswati Papers, and Six Scents.
The Indonesian products will be showcased at Booth K-38 during the two-day event. Visitors will be able to explore a wide range of products developed specifically for the Japanese market.
Featured items will include sustainable fashion, bags, accessories, and upcycled products. The exhibition will also highlight wellness and mindful living products from Indonesia.
The event is expected to provide opportunities for Indonesian MSMEs to expand their presence in Japan. It will also promote environmentally conscious products created through innovation and sustainable business practices.
Organizers hope the exhibition will strengthen business connections between Indonesian producers and Japanese buyers. The participation also supports broader efforts to increase Indonesia's non-oil and gas exports.
The promotion is supported by the Directorate General for National Export Development of Indonesia's Ministry of Trade. Additional support is provided by the Yubiken General Incorporated Association of Japan.
Through the exhibition, Indonesia seeks to introduce more sustainable products to international markets. The event also reflects growing cooperation between Indonesia and Japan in trade, sustainability, and creative industries.
