RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) reported that several companies are preparing to go public through an Initial Public Offering (IPO). IDX Director of Company Assessment I, Gede Nyoman Yetna, said the exchange is currently processing companies planning to list their shares.

“Until now, there are seven companies in the IDX’s share listing pipeline,” Nyoman said in Jakarta on Saturday, March 7, 2026, as quoted by Antara.

Of the seven, six are classified as large-cap companies, with assets above IDR 250 billion (approx. USD 14.75 million). One company is classified as mid-cap, with assets between IDR 50 billion and IDR 250 billion. The classification is based on the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No.53/POJK.04/2017.

Nyoman explained that the IPO pipeline covers various sectors. Three companies are from the financial sector, while the transportation and logistics sector contributes one company. In addition, one company each comes from the primary consumer goods, energy, and health sectors.

As of March 6, the IDX noted that no companies had officially conducted an IPO this year. The number of issuers listed on the Indonesian capital market remains at 956, unchanged from the end of 2025.

Meanwhile, fundraising activities through Debt Securities and Islamic Bonds (EBUS) continue. As of March 6, the IDX recorded 37 issuances from 26 issuers, raising a total of IDR 41.41 trillion. Nyoman added that 20 issuances from 13 EBUS issuers are currently in the pipeline. ***
