RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has temporarily suspended trading in the shares of 38 listed companies for failing to meet the minimum free float requirement as of December 31, 2025.

The exchange imposed a third written warning and an IDR 50 million fine on issuers that failed to comply with provisions V.1.1 and/or V.1.2 of the Exchange Regulation No. I-A on stock listings. IDX also suspended trading in the affected shares until the next monitoring period.

“The Exchange will impose trading suspensions on listed companies that fail to comply with provisions V.1.1 and/or V.1.2,” IDX said in an official statement issued on Monday, February 2, 2026.

IDX said all 38 companies had fallen short of the free float requirement, with 23 of them facing suspensions across all trading markets.
