Kiandra Ramadhipa Returns Energized, Eyes Valencia Challenge After Summer Break

RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta - Indonesian young racer Kiandra Ramadhipa is set to tackle the Moto3 Junior World Championship round in Valencia, Spain, with renewed energy, framing his campaign as a test of endurance and consistency after the summer break.

The 16‑year‑old rider from Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta, spent the mid‑season pause balancing training with family time back home. “I trained a lot during the summer break but also enjoyed a few days with my family," he said on Friday, September 4, 2026, as quoted by Antara.

"For me, it’s important to balance practice and rest. Now my energy is fully recharged and I’m ready for the rest of the season,” he added.

Kiandra, who races under PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM), enters Valencia ranked fifth in the standings with 64 points, trailing the leader by 30 points. His season already includes a breakthrough victory in Portugal and a rare feat of winning both the European Talent Cup (ETC) and a Moto3 Junior race within a year of competing in Europe.

The Circuit Ricardo Tormo presents a unique challenge, particularly against Spanish riders familiar with its technical layout. Kiandra, however, sees last year’s experience at the venue as valuable preparation.

“We’ve done testing and gathered important data. Now we must show we’re still in the fight, capable of returning to the front, and proving the season is far from over,” he concluded.

His next test comes against local and regional rivals in Sunday’s race, where composure and adaptability will be key.
