Manpower Ministry: 81,171 Job Vacancies Still Active on Karirhub

RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta - The Ministry of Manpower, recorded 81,171 job vacancies that remained active and available for applications through Karirhub as of September 4, 2026. The vacancies are offered by 32,086 companies.

Secretary General of the Ministry of Manpower, Cris Kuntadi, said the figure represents vacancies that are still open for applications, rather than the total number of job vacancies recorded in the Karirhub system.

“The number of vacancies that are actually still active and open for applications is 81,171 as of September 4, 2026, spread across 32,086 companies,” Cris Kuntadi said in a press release issued by the Ministry of Manpower’s Public Relations Bureau on Sunday, September 13, 2026.

According to Karirhub data covering the period from January to early August 2026, a total of 310,591 job vacancies had been recorded in the system. However, the figure represents the cumulative number of vacancies submitted to the system, meaning that not all of them remain active.

The Ministry of Manpower encouraged job seekers to make use of the available vacancies by selecting positions based on their qualifications, location, and application deadlines. Job seekers are also advised to tailor their CVs or resumes to the positions they are applying for to better match employers’ requirements.

Job seekers were also reminded to remain vigilant against scams involving fake recruitment processes. Official recruitment processes facilitated by the government do not charge any fees or require compensation of any kind.

For job seekers who do not yet meet employers’ qualifications, the Ministry of Manpower provides skills development programs through 21 Vocational Training and Productivity Centers (BPVPs) across Indonesia. The ministry also facilitates CV-writing training and interview simulations. Job seekers can monitor and apply for available vacancies through Karirhub.
