RRI.CO.ID, Subang - The Indonesian Air Force (TNI AU) continues to strengthen helicopter pilots' skills thru the Proficient Dynamic Aerobatic EC120B Colibri training as part of the reactivation of the Dynamic Pegasus Aerobatic Team. The program. It involves instructors from Patrulla Aspa, Spain, that is expected to enhance the professionalism and readiness of the team in supporting various national agendas.

The Deputy Chief of Air Staff, Vise Marshal TNI Tedi Rizalihadi, directly reviewed the training implementation at R. Suryadi Suryadarma, Air force Base Subang. On that occasion, he received a briefing on the progress of the training, which combines ground school and flight training, including individual and formation maneuver exercises.

"All stages of training must prioritize safety, understand the limitations of the aircraft and pilots, and not force maneuvers that could pose a danger," the Deputy Chief of Air Staff said in his written statement on Tuesday, August 4, 2026.

During the review, the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Air Force also witnessed demonstrations of various aerobatic maneuvers, including Face Take Off, Delta Formation, Cross Turn, Head On, Waterfall, Wind Mill, Leader Strike, Kiss, and Boomburst, as well as several solo maneuvers that are part of the training material.

The training, which took place from July 20 to August 7, 2026, involved six TNI AU pilots along with aerobatic instructors from Patrulla Aspa, Spain.
