RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta - President Prabowo Subianto briefed the participants of the Presidential Future Leaders Program (PFLP) 2026 in Hambalang, Bogor Regency, West Java, on Sunday, May 24, 2026. The program is designed to prepare future leaders of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN).

Cabinet Secretary, Teddy Indra Wijaya, said that the PFLP is a special program prepared by President Prabowo to form a generation of professional and integrity-driven BUMN leaders. "The program specifically designed by the President is prepared to shape future leaders of state-owned enterprises," Teddy said in the statement .

As many as 400 participants joined the inaugural batch of the program as part of the government's efforts to strengthen the quality of leadership within state-owned enterprises (BUMN). According to him, PFLP is designed to support President Prabowo's vision of creating good state-owned enterprise governance thru the strengthening of human resources with the "best heart and best mind."

Teddy explained that the educational program will last for nine months and is divided into three main stages. The first stage focuses on character building and discipline for the participants over three months.

"The nine-month education program is divided into three phases, namely character building and discipline for three months," Teddy conveyed. He said, next, participants will receive managerial capacity building and decision-making skills at Danantara Corporate University for four months before undergoing an internship program.

Furthermore, Teddy emphasized that the program is part of the government's grand strategy in preparing superior human resources to lead state-owned enterprises in the future.
