RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta – Irish pop group Westlife will be coming back to Jakarta to hold a concert titled “Westlife 25: The Anniversary World Tour” at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium on January 23, 2027. The concert is part of the group’s world tour celebrating 25 years of their musical journey, following previously announced shows across the UK and Europe.

The concert is promoted by Folago Pro and Sound Rhythm. Interestingly, based on information shared on Sound Rhythm’s official Instagram account, the show at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium will be Westlife’s only stadium concert in Southeast Asia with a capacity of more than 50,000 audiences.

President Director & CEO of PT Folago Global Nusantara Tbk, Subioto Jingga, told reporters in Jakarta recently that the massive enthusiasm of Indonesian fans was the reason the concert would be presented in a stadium-show format. He added that the Jakarta concert is expected to become one of Westlife’s biggest performances in Southeast Asia.

Adding to the excitement, the concert will also feature a special LED wristband experience for every audience. The lights will synchronize with the music and shift colors depending on the song being performed. The wristbands can later be kept as souvenirs.

Concert tickets will be priced from Rp850,000 to Rp2.75 million, excluding taxes and administrative fees. Presale tickets will be available from May 21–22, 2026, while general sales will begin on May 23, 2026.

“Westlife 25: The Anniversary World Tour” will kick off in September 2026 with a concert residency in Dublin before continuing across the UK, Europe, and Asia. The group — consisting of Shane Filan, Nicky Byrne, Kian Egan, and Mark Feehily — also released the album 25 - The Ultimate Collection as part of the celebration of the group’s 25-year career.

Westlife last performed Indonesia in February 2026 for their “Westlife – A Gala Evening” concerts, which featured an orchestral concept, in Surabaya and Tangerang. Now get ready to sing along to “Swear It Again”, “My Love” and more on Westlife’s biggest show ever in Indonesia!
