RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta - The Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK), through the Task Force for the Eradication of Illegal Financial Activities (Satgas PASTI), has halted the digital asset investment offerings of YWWSDC and RTHAE after finding indications of violations in their activities.

Neither entity holds a license as a Digital Financial Asset Trader (PAKD) from the OJK, and both claimed to hold overseas licenses or to be in the process of obtaining licenses from the OJK.

Secretary of the Satgas PASTI, Hudiyanto, urged the public to remain cautious about investment offers made on behalf of foreign companies. “The public is also advised to always verify the legitimacy of the party offering the investment and to understand the characteristics, benefits, and risks of the products being offered,” he said in an official statement in Jakarta on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, as quoted by Antara.

YWWSDC claims to be part of YWWSDC Group US Ltd., which is said to hold a license in Colorado, United States. The entity offers cryptocurrency trading and the purchase of digital financial asset tokens through the YWWSDC platform.

However, Satgas PASTI clarified and verified that YWWSDC does not hold an OJK license as a PAKD, and its business activities do not align with the license issued by the Ministry of Investment and Downstreaming/Investment Coordinating Board.

Its applications and websites are also not registered as Electronic System Operators (PSE) with the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs. Satgas PASTI also found indications of URL changes using different names but with similar appearances, suspected to be linked to YWWSDC.

Meanwhile, RTHAE offers investments in cryptocurrency and digital financial assets through the Retail Trader Hosted Automated Engine (RTHAE) platform. Its offerings include an initial token sale that it claims will be listed on the RTHAE exchange, with a promise to reimburse members if the tokens are not listed.

Satgas PASTI found that RTHAE has no legal entity in Indonesia, does not hold an OJK license as a PAKD, and conducts business activities inconsistent with the license issued by the Ministry of Investment and Downstreaming/Investment Coordinating Board. Its applications and websites are also not registered as PSEs.

“In light of these findings, the Satgas PASTI has halted the activities of YWWSDC and RTHAE and blocked access to related apps and/or links (URLs),” Hudiyanto said.

He added that Satgas PASTI is coordinating with law enforcement authorities for further action. Those who feel they have been harmed are urged to report the matter to local law enforcement immediately so the case can be handled faster. ***
