RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta – The Indonesia'Irade Ministry reported that online export transactions reached nearly US$135 million throughout 2025. This online system greatly helps Indonesian MSMEs present their products directly to representatives abroad.

The details were shared by Director of Export Development for Creative Services and Products at the Trade Ministry, Ari Satria, during a talk show at the Jakarta Kreatif Festival 2026 in Istora Senayan, Jakarta, Sunday, July 5, 2026. Over the past year, this efficiency has successfully resulted in 662 pitching and business matching activities.

He said, “We conducted 662 pitching and business matching activities over the past year, or 2025, which generated potential transactions and actual transactions totaling nearly 135 million US dollars, all through online platforms alone.”

This remarkable success continues today. The value of recorded transactions reached US$107.34 million from January through April 2026.

“Well, as of January and April, I don’t have the data for May yet, the total is already around 107.34 million U.S. dollars,” Ari said.

Ari said this success was driven in part by export promotion efforts maximized through 46 trade representative offices across 33 countries. These offices include Trade Attachés and Indonesia Trade Promotion Centers (ITPCs).

The Director noted that promotional activities, which are typically run through trade shows, are now increasingly being shifted online. He also added that through these online events, MSME operators can present their products to representatives to assess their eligibility for entry into target countries and receive guidance.
