Denon Releases "The Unseen Rules of Business" Book

RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta - Whitesky Group Founder and CEO Denon Prawiraatmadja released his latest book, "The Unseen Rules of Business: Organizing and Designing Mindset of a Business Leader. He said the launch explores leadership strategies and highlights the crucial role of family in a leader's journey.

The book launch, held at Gramedia Grand Indonesia, Jakarta, was warmly received by participants, including professionals, business people, and young readers interested in leadership and self-development.

Denon was accompanied by his wife, Marisa Lungo, who has been a key factor in maintaining a balance between his personal and professional lives. Based on a release received by RRI Voice of Indonesia on Sunday, May 10, 2026, the book "The Unseen Rules of Business" by Denon Prawiraatmadja explores the concept of less visible rules in the business world—from ways of thinking and decision-making to the values that underpin leadership.

In this book, he afirmed that what is visible on the surface is often only a small part of the overall process that occurs behind the scenes. Many strategic decisions are shaped by experiences, pressures, and considerations that aren't always immediately apparent.

"What we see on the outside is only a small part. The real process often happens behind the scenes," Denon conveyed. He explained that this book is the result of a long reflection on his career in various industrial sectors, including leading the Whitesky Group.
