Vice President Offers Complaint Service Post at His Office

KBRN, Jakarta: Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka has opened a service post where the public can submit their complaints directly to the Vice-Presidential Palace located on Jalan Kebon Sirih in Central Jakarta.
“The service is available from Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. We also open access on WhatsApp 081117042207,” Gibran wrote on his Instagram account page gibran_rakabuming, Sunday.
Vice President Gibran's upload received positive responses from netizens.
“Very cool, when officials usually close access because they are busy. But this actually made a breakthrough by opening a complaint service,” wrote @cahayasafitriningsih.
“Previously serving Solo residents, now for all Indonesian people. Be healthy and always @gibran_rakabuming,” wrote @wenny_arnita.
