Its main area is located in an underground passage that has been transformed into part of a Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) area, featuring a modern and colorful atmosphere with murals decorating several corners.

4. M Bloc Space

M Bloc Space is a creative space located in a former Perum Peruri complex on Jalan Panglima Polim. It is home to restaurants and coffee shops, creative stores, art galleries, and various art and music activities.
