According to the official Ragunan Zoo website, Night at Ragunan Zoo is open every Tuesday to Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and on Saturdays from 6:00 p.m. to 09:00 p.m. The program offers a unique blend of recreation, education, outdoor activities, and nature-based tourism in the evening.

Throughout the program, visitors can take part in a variety of activities, including walking, jogging, and cycling along a designated 1.8-kilometer route. Surrounded by fresh air and the tranquil ambiance of the zoo at night, participants can enjoy a refreshing outdoor experience unlike the regular daytime visit.

In addition to promoting a healthy lifestyle, the program allows visitors to experience a quieter side of Ragunan Zoo. The sounds of nocturnal wildlife and the peaceful nighttime environment create a memorable atmosphere, making it an ideal activity for families, communities, and individuals looking for a different way to spend an evening in Jakarta.

One of the program's main attractions is the opportunity to observe nocturnal animals aboard a buggy car. This guided tour enables visitors to learn more about animals that are naturally more active at night while gaining a deeper appreciation of their behavior and habitat.

The buggy car tour is available at a rate of Rp250,000 per hour for up to five passengers. Reservations can be made directly at the Ragunan Zoo ticket counter before departure, and visitors are encouraged to arrive early to secure their preferred schedule.
