100 CTFP Expands Global Reach to Support Para-athletes

RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta - The 100 Celebrities Talk for Para Athletes (100 CTFP) initiative is expanding its global reach, with more than 660 international figures now involved in the movement. It has expanded rapidly to encompass over 660 international figures across diverse global nations today.

The initiator of 100 CTFP movement, Natalia Tjahja, said the program functions as an interactive global bridge where athletes gain the opportunity to meet the international figure in person when competing. "100 CTFP is a collection of the message from world figures all over the world and the athletes who get the card can meet with the world figure when they compete in the same country as the world figure,” she said on VOITALK recently.

The 100 CTFP movement is part of ongoing efforts to build a sustainable inclusive ecosystem for para-athletes in Indonesia and worldwide. Beyond elite competition, the movement links local humanitarian aid with high-level international sports advocacy.

Among the prominent figures supporting the 100 CTFP movement is anIndian Paralympic medalist Dr. Deepa Malik, who highlighted the critical need for global voices to champion para-sports. She added that the initiative can bring the world together.

"And I felt that this is a beautiful initiative which is going to bring a lot of voices—voices that matter, voices that influence, voices that can create awareness, and voices that can bring the world together to follow such a beautiful sport called Paralympic sport,” she added.

Having celebrated its first anniversary last July, 100 CTFP has delivered 660 message cards featuring messages of love and courage to para-athletes worldwide. According to Natalia, those messages are about love and courage, becoming one family with the para-athletes.

The first three messages come from the President of the International Paralympic Committee, Andrew Parsons. The messages are: "There is strength in difference," "Diversity is a fact, inclusion is a choice," and "The Paralympic Games is the most transformational sport event on Earth."

Planning ahead, the 100 CTFP movement will continue its global expansion as it prepares for the upcoming Asian Para Games 2026 in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan on October 18 - October 24, 2026. The initiative aims to mobilize further international support to ensure para-athletes receive the global visibility, resources, and recognition they deserve.
