RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta - Indonesia’s women’s futsal team is set for a crucial test as the national federation (FFI) summons 16 players for a month‑long training camp in Kudus, Central Java, ahead of two international friendlies against Russia.

“The training camp is part of preparations for Indonesia’s women’s futsal team to face upcoming international agendas,” FFI announced in Jakarta on Monday, September 7, 2026, as quoted by Antara.

The camp will run from September 20 to October 16, with matches against Russia scheduled for October 13 and 15.

Head coach Luis Estrella will lead the squad, assisted by Novita Murni Piranti and Medina Mufid Fajrin. The staff also includes goalkeeper coach Agus Munandar, fitness coach Muhammad Abdullah Patola, kit manager Dayanara Elsa Amedika, and a physiotherapist.

FFI emphasized that the camp offers the coaching team an opportunity to refine tactics and strengthen team cohesion ahead of international competition.
