Indonesian Student Basketball Competition Back

RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta - Development basketball league (DBL) holds Indonesian students Basketball competition. DBL also launched GoPay app to officially partnered with DBL Indonesia as the Official Payment Partner for the 2026-2027 competition season.

This collaboration reflects GoPay’s commitment to supporting young Indonesian basketball talent while delivering a more convenient and enjoyable digital experience for players, supporters, and all DBL fans.

Head of GoPay Wallet, Kelvin Timotius, stated that the partnership with DBL is part of GoPay’s effort to connect more closely with the younger generation through exciting and relevant digital experiences.

Meanwhile, DBL Indonesia welcomes the collaboration with GoPay for this season. DBL Indonesia CEO Azrul Ananda stated on Thursday, August 27, 2026, that this collaboration aligns with DBL Indonesia’s commitment to introducing technological innovations that enhance the experience of Indonesia's largest student basketball competition.

"From broadcasting all matches via live streaming and launching the DBL Play app to implementing the Instant Replay System (IRS)—similar to VAR in soccer—to assist referees with decision-making, DBL Indonesia continues to leverage technology to deliver a better experience across our entire ecosystem. GoPay also invites all students to show their support for their schools via the voting feature in the GoPay app. The school that receives the most votes will have the chance to host a guest star performance brought by GoPay during their school's arts showcase event.
