RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta - Indonesia is set to benefit from new opportunities in sports development with the launch of Red Bull’s youth athlete program, which officially opened in Jakarta.
Designed for participants aged 18–25, the initiative provides training, mentorship, and career advancement support to help young athletes reach the next stage of their sporting journey.
Chief Global Marketing Officer of TCP Group, Supasita Kraisri, said the program reflects the company’s commitment to nurturing the next generation of athletes in the region.
“Kratingdaeng Red Bull Next Generation embodies our long-term vision to create opportunities, enhance visibility, and provide access to support that accelerates the progress of emerging athletes,” Supasita said during a press conference on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, as quoted by Antara.
The program serves as a platform for athlete development and storytelling, aiming to identify, support, and elevate promising talent across Southeast Asia. Indonesia and Malaysia are the first two countries to implement the initiative.
Registration opened in June for athletes aged 18–25 from all sports and emerging disciplines. Selection will consider not only competition results but also mindset, growth potential, character, and dedication to their chosen sport.
By offering structured support and visibility, the program is expected to strengthen Indonesia’s sporting ecosystem and open new pathways for young athletes to advance their careers. ***
