RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta – Indonesian men’s doubles shuttlers, Fajar Alfian and Muhammad Shohibul Fikri, are getting closer to the final of the BWF World Tour Super 750 Singapore Open 2026 after a series of consistent performances. They are scheduled to face the Chinese pair, Liang Wei Keng and Wang Chang, in the semifinals.

This exciting match will take place at the Singapore Stadium on Saturday, May 30, 2026. Fajar/Fikri are determined to seize the opportunity to advance to this year’s final.

“We’re even more motivated for the semifinal match, more focused, and there’s an opportunity we need to capitalize on better. So, hopefully, the result will be better,” said Fikri.

Fajar/Fikri face a tough challenge against the Chinese pair in the semifinals of the Singapore Open 2026. They are preparing their best strategy to secure a spot in the final.

“We have to be ready with a good strategy to face them so our stamina stays strong. We have to keep maintaining our condition,” Fikri said.

Fajar/Fikri advanced to the semifinals after defeating the Malaysian pair, Goh Sze Fei/Nur Izzuddin, in a fierce three-game battle. They won 21-18, 10-21, 21-14.
