Top national player Aldila Sutjiadi opened the tie with a flawless victory, beating Mongolia’s Anu-Vjin Gantor 6-0, 6-0 to secure the first point. Seventeen-year-old Anjali Kirana Junarto followed with another straight-set win, overcoming Khongorzul Aldarkhisig 6-2, 6-0.
