President Prabowo Appoints New Ministers, Officials in Seventh Cabinet Reshuffle

According to a livestream broadcast by the Presidential Secretariat, the inauguration ceremony at the State Palace in Jakarta began with the national anthem, Indonesia Raya, followed by the reading of Presidential Decree No. 104 P/2026 on the dismissal and appointment of ministers and deputy ministers in the Red and White Cabinet for the 2024–2029 term.

Dudung then took the oath of office, administered by President Prabowo.

"I shall be loyal to and uphold the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, and shall execute all laws and regulations with the utmost integrity in the service of the nation and the state. In carrying out my official duties, I shall uphold professional ethics and work to the best of my ability with a full sense of responsibility," Dudung said.

The ceremony continued with Dudung signing the official records, followed by President Prabowo.

The President then congratulated Dudung and other newly inaugurated state officials.

Dudung previously served as Chief of Presidential Staff. His former position was subsequently filled by Police Gen. Listyo Sigit Prabowo.

In addition to Dudung, President Prabowo inaugurated several other officials at the State Palace, including Police Com. Gen. Suyudi Ario Seto as National Police chief, Police Gen. Listyo Sigit Prabowo as Chief of Presidential Staff, Sugiono as Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture, Sarmuji as Minister of Industry, Arrmanatha Nasir as Foreign Minister, Police Com. Gen. Dedi Prasetyo as head of the National Agrarian Reform Agency, and Bahlil Lahadalia as Coordinating Minister for Downstreaming and Energy Transition.

The ceremony was attended by several senior officials, including coordinating ministers from the Red and White Cabinet, State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi and Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya. ***
