Finance Minister Suahasil Inducts 12 Ministry & 2 KSSK Officials

RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta – Minister of Finance Suahasil Nazara, inducted 12 senior high leadership officials of the Ministry of Finance and 2 officials of the Financial System Stability Committee (KSSK) Secretariat at the Mezzanine Hall of the Ministry, Jakarta, Monday, September 21, 2026. This induction marks the final stage in a series of staffing and structural refinement processes within the Ministry of Finance that have taken place recently.

He explained that this induction is a follow-up to the previously conducted official appointment process. Officials who participated in the prior induction have officially assumed their duties, while the placements of several other officials were refined based on the discussions of the Position and Rank Advisory Board.

"This is the refinement following that. So those who took part in the induction yesterday have already started carrying out their duties. This is the refinement of it," Suahasil stated during a doorstop interview after the ceremony.

The staffing process is part of implementing the merit system within the Ministry of Finance through a talent management mechanism that considers employee performance and characteristics. With the completion of all placement processes through both transfers and promotions, the ranks of the Ministry of Finance are now directed to focus on carrying out their duties according to their respective functions.

"So it is complete. The entire transfer and promotion placement process is finished. I have instructed all Ministry of Finance officials to now work, finalize, and execute all of the Ministry of Finance's tasks for Indonesia," he affirmed.

Suahasil advised the newly inducted officials to carry out their mandate with integrity and professionalism, as well as to think strategically and strengthen cross-unit coordination. According to him, the Ministry of Finance's ultimate duty is not merely related to managing numbers in the state budget (APBN), but ensuring that state finances deliver tangible benefits to the public.

"The mandate you receive today is a mandate to protect the institution, maintain trust, and safeguard the quality of state financial management. Because ultimately, what we manage is not just numbers, but what we manage is the hope of the Indonesian people for a better future for Indonesia," the Minister said.
