The Ministry of Defense and the TNI have provided assistance to the families of both participants and ensured that all handling procedures were carried out in accordance with applicable regulations.

Regarding the various public discussions and information circulating about the implementation of the SPPI Program, the Ministry of Defense acknowledges the public’s concern and attention toward the safety of participants.

Therefore, the Ministry of Defense, together with the National Selection Committee and educational program organizers, is currently conducting a comprehensive evaluation of all aspects of the program’s implementation. The Ministry of Defense underscored that the safety and well-being of participants remain the highest priority in the implementation of the program. Every advice, evaluation, and lesson learned from the program’s execution will serve as the basis for future improvements to ensure that the program is conducted more effectively, safely, professionally, and accountably.
