RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta - The Indonesian Air Force Academy (AAU) is organizing Education and Training (Diklat) for the Graduates as Drivers of Indonesian Development (SPPI) of the Red and White Village/Urban Cooperative (KDKMP) and the Red and White Fishermen's Cooperative (KNMP) in 2026 as part of efforts to prepare high-quality and competitive human resources.
The opening of the training took place at the Dirgantara AAU Field, Yogyakarta, on Wednesday, 17 June 2026, and was presided over by the AAU Governor, Marsekal Muda TNI Donald Kasenda. The program was attended by 500 female participants and will run until July 31, 2026.

In the official address of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Defense, Letjen TNI Tri Budi Utomo, read by the Governor of AAU, it was conveyed that Indonesia is currently facing various challenges, ranging from geopolitical dynamics, global economic uncertainty, food security threats, to climate change. These conditions demand the presence of resilient, adaptive, and high-integrity human resources.
In a press release received by RRI VOI on Thursday, 18 June 2026, through the SPPI program, participants will receive character building through Basic Military Training (Diklatsarmil) as well as managerial training related to cooperative management and the development of the Red and White Fishermen's Village.
This program is expected to produce a generation of young people with leadership skills, discipline, and managerial capacity to support community empowerment and the strengthening of a cooperative-based economy.
The SPPI Training in 2026 consists of two main stages, namely the Diklatsarmil and Managerial Training. After completing the entire series of training, participants are expected to act as agents of change capable of strengthening the institutional framework of village and fisher cooperatives, while also supporting independent and sustainable national resilience.
Through the implementation of the program, AAU reaffirms its commitment to supporting the development of national human resources and preparing the younger generation to contribute to development in various strategic sectors.
