Korpasgat Shows Best Performance at the Danbrigif 18/Trisula Championship

RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta - The shooting athletes of the Air Force's Quick Reaction Corps (Korpasgat) achieved success at the Danbrigif 18/Trisula Shooting Championship. The event took place at the Shooting Range of Yonif PR 501/Bajra Yudha, Madiun, East Java, on Sunday, June 7, 2026.

In the championship attended by participants from various TNI units and other agencies, personnel from Headquarters Detacement of Korpasgat successfully secured podium finishes in several events, ranging from the 100-meter team rifle, individual rifle, to the 25-meter precision pistol.

In a press release received by RRI VOI on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, in the 100 Meter Team Rifle event, the team secured third place with a total score of 259.1. Meanwhile, in the Individual Rifle event, First Private Tegar took second place with a score of 142.6, and Second Corporal Yosep Septian secured third place with a score of 142.3.

Another achievement was attained by First Private Axel Prawira Dirgantara, who secured third place in the 25 Meter Precision Pistol General/TNI/Polri Men's category with a score of 94.3.

The Commander of Denma Korpasgat, Colonel Pas M. Junaidi, expressed appreciation for the athletes' achievements. According to him, the results are the fruit of consistent training, hard work, and the fighting spirit shown by the soldiers on every occasion.

"This achievement is the result of disciplined training, hard work, fighting spirit, and the unity of the athletes in every training session and competition. It is hoped that this success can serve as motivation for all soldiers to continue improving their skills and achieving success in various other competitions," the Commander said.

The achievements of the Denma Korpasgat shooting athletes also served as an indicator of the success in developing personnel skills in the field of shooting sports and strengthening the competitiveness of soldiers in inter-unit competitions.
