RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta – The Head of the Indonesian State-Owned Enterprises Management Agency (BP BUMN), Dony Oskaria, announced that PT Danantara Sumberdaya Indonesia (DSI) has been designated as the sole intermediary for the export of national natural resources, as stipulated in Government Regulation (PP) No. 24/2026.
The government has set a six-month transition period for restructuring commodity exports, ending on December 31, 2026. The single-window management system aims to strengthen oversight and improve national export governance.
“Our task is to ensure that under-invoicing and transfer pricing do not occur in the export of our natural resources,” Dony said during a press conference at the House of Representatives building in Jakarta on Monday, June 8.
He stressed that the government is committed to ensuring every transaction is conducted transparently and accountably, noting that export price manipulation practices can significantly reduce state revenue.
Dony emphasized that transparency in public information is a key commitment in managing the single-window export system. “The Indonesian public can certainly observe and monitor this, as it has indeed been Danantara Indonesia’s commitment to always conduct management transparently and accountably,” he said.
He also assured that the establishment of the new agency will not disrupt exporters’ business partnerships. All trade contracts already signed with foreign partners will continue as usual. “As long as we avoid issues like under-invoicing and transfer pricing, everything will proceed as normal,” Dony stated.
DSI is currently developing a digitalization system to support open export oversight. The implementation of this technology will ensure that all trade transaction data is clearly and accurately recorded.
Dony asked business operators not to worry about the one-stop management regulation. “We are simply ensuring that we find a better system by December 31,” he said. (Gusti Panji)
