TNI AU Affirms Pancasila as the Foundation of World Peace

RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta – The Indonesian Air Force Headquarters held a ceremony to commemorate the Pancasila Birth Day in 2026 at the Mabesau Parade Ground, Cilangkap, East Jakarta, on Monday, June 1, 2026. The ceremony was led by the Assistant Logistics to the Chief of Air Staff (Kasau) Rear Marshal Nur Surachman W. as the Inspector of the Ceremony.

On that occasion, Nur Surachman read the written mandate of the Head of the Pancasila Ideology Development Agency (BPIP), Yudian Wahyudi, which emphasized the importance of making Pancasila a living ideology and a guide in facing various national challenges and global dynamics.

Carrying the theme "Pancasila Unites the Nation, Foundation of World Peace," this year's Pancasila Birth Day commemoration emphasizes that the values of Pancasila not only serve as a unifying force in Indonesia's diversity, but also as a foundation for realizing peace, justice, and humanity on a global scale.

In the mandate, BPIP emphasized that Pancasila is the moral anchor of the nation as well as the foundation of Indonesia's independent and active foreign policy.

"The values of Pancasila are considered important in maintaining unity, strengthening tolerance, and realizing social justice for all Indonesian people," he said.

The commemoration ceremony of the Pancasila Birth Day was attended by officials from the officers, non-commissioned officers, enlisted personnel, and civil servants. The event is a manifestation of the Indonesian Air Force's commitment to continuously upholding the values of Pancasila in the execution of their duties and service to the nation and state.

Thru this commemoration, TNI AU emphasizes the importance of maintaining and implementing the values of Pancasila in national and state life, while also strengthening Indonesia's contribution to promoting peace and stability at the global level.
