RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta - In celebration of its 12th anniversary, PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) is offering a special program with a fare of only Rp12 for passengers.

This program is available for one full day on March 27, 2026, from 00:00 to 23:59 Western Indonesia Time (WIB) and can be enjoyed by passengers who make payments through the TJ:Transjakarta app.

The special fare policy is a form of appreciation from Transjakarta to the public for their continued use of public transportation services, while also promoting the adoption of a digital ecosystem in urban transportation services.

As quoted by Transjakarta website, 26 March 2026, the Head of the Public Relations and CSR Department of Transjakarta, Ayu Wardhani, stated that this 12th-anniversary milestone serves as a reflection of Transjakarta's journey in providing increasingly integrated, inclusive, and technology-based transportation services.

“This Rp12 fare program is our way of saying thank you to loyal Transjakarta passengers. We also want to encourage the public to seize the convenience of digital services through the TJ:Transjakarta app,” Ayu said.

Through the TJ:Transjakarta app, passengers can enjoy ease of payment, access route information, and plan their trips more conveniently.

Transjakarta urges passengers to download the TJ:Transjakarta app on their devices before the event date to ensure a smooth experience when using this special fare program.
