French Metal Band Celeste to Tour Indonesia’s Major Cities

RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta - Vermin Majesty Entertainment has officially announced that French extreme metal band Celeste will embark on its Asia tour in 2026, with Indonesia hosting the longest series of shows.

In a post on the promoter’s official Instagram account, Celeste confirmed performances in Bandung, Bogor, Jakarta, and Bali. “20 Years of Celeste, these are all the confirmed shows for our Asia tour. See you there,” the band wrote on its official Instagram account on Thursday, April 16, 2026.

Originating from Lyon, France, Celeste is known for its intense live performances and dark visuals, blending elements of black metal, sludge metal, and post-hardcore. Over its 20-year career, the band has released nine albums and three singles. Its 2009 album Misanthrope earned widespread critical acclaim.

Most recently, Celeste released its latest EP, Epilogue(s), in 2023. “We’ve just released our new EP *Epilogue(s), do you have it yet?” the band posted.

Celeste’s solo shows are among the most anticipated music events for Indonesian fans, some of whom had hoped the band would join the Hammersonic 2026 lineup. “See you in Bandung. Hope your journey is a smooth one,” commented user @redamaut on Instagram.

Indonesia is one of the few countries granted an extended tour itinerary, underscoring its significance for the band. Below is the full list of confirmed concert dates across Indonesia and other Asian cities:
