RRI.CO.ID, Makkah - Indonesia’s Armuzna task force reviewed Arafah readiness ahead of the Hajj 2026 peak rituals. The update was delivered in Makkah on Sunday, May 3, 2026.

The inspection focused on headquarters positioning and service readiness for Indonesian pilgrims in Arafah. It also covered infrastructure, routes, and emergency systems across designated service sectors.

The review was led by Armuzna Operational Head Surnadi along with the Arafah task force team. They checked command post locations, murur routes, and evacuation systems across 10 Adhoc sectors.

“Today, we focus on ensuring positions of headquarters, murur routes, and evacuation systems in 10 Adhoc sectors. Nothing should be overlooked,” he said.

The team identified several positions requiring further coordination with service providers and additional review. These include command post placements and operational readiness in certain areas.

Officers also ensured readiness of murur personnel and taraddudi bus routes for pilgrim movement on Dhulhijjah 9. These routes are crucial for managing large-scale pilgrim mobility during peak rituals.

A total of 586 officers will be deployed and begin occupying posts on Dhulhijjah 7 at 15:30 WAS. Each Adhoc sector will handle accommodation, consumption, transportation, and health services.

Surnadi emphasized that the inspection ensures pilgrims can occupy tents safely and perform wukuf properly. He said the effort aims to guarantee comfort, safety, and solemn worship for Indonesian pilgrims.

“This is not just an inspection, but our obligation to ensure pilgrims can stay in tents properly. This allows them to perform wukuf safely, comfortably, and solemnly,” he added.
