RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta - Minister of Creative Economy/Head of the Creative Economy Agency, Teuku Riefky Harsya, discussed collaboration opportunities with the digital audio and video content platform NOICE to strengthen the digital creator ecosystem in Indonesia. The meeting highlighted efforts to open up distribution, monetization, and talent development opportunities for local creators.
This meeting confirmed the collaboration between the Ministry of Creative Economy and NOICE, continued discussions on the 2025 plan, and opened up broader opportunities to encourage the growth of local digital creators and the creative economy as the new engine of growth. Minister of Creative Economy, Teuku Riefky, emphasized the importance of establishing appropriate distribution channels for film and digital content creators.
The Ministry encourages collaboration with digital platforms to ensure optimal distribution of creators' works and connect them to a broader distribution ecosystem. He added that the Ministry of Creative Economy is opening opportunities through creative talent development programs, such as Emak-Emak Matic, which encourages people—especially housewives—to become content creators and digital economy players.
According to a release received by RRI Voice of Indonesia on Saturday, 7 March 2026, the government is also working to connect the national creator ecosystem, including content creator communities and associations, with digital platforms like NOICE to provide broader distribution and monetization channels for their works.
In addition, creative economy actors with intellectual property-based works can utilize the Intellectual Property (IP)-based financing scheme through the People's Business Credit (KUR) to support the production and development of digital content, with assistance from the Ministry of Creative Economy and platform partners.
This audience is expected to further strengthen the collaboration between the Ministry of Creative Economy and NOICE in supporting the growth of the digital creator ecosystem in Indonesia. Through synergy between the government, digital platforms, and the creator community, it is hoped that more creative talent will be able to develop their work, expand content distribution, and create new economic value for the national creative industry.
