RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta – The Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) reported that 15 public offering plans remain in the capital market pipeline, with total fundraising reaching IDR 121.96 trillion (approximately USD 6.8 billion) by the end of July 2026.
OJK’s Chief Executive for Capital Market, Derivatives, and Carbon Exchange Supervision, Hasan Fawzi, said fundraising activity continues to show a positive trend.
“As of July 2026, the total value of funds raised has reached IDR 121.96 trillion, with 15 offerings still in the pipeline,” he noted during OJK’s July Board of Commissioners Meeting press conference on Tuesday, August 4, 2026.
The pipeline includes five rights issues, five Continuous Public Offering of Debt Securities and/or Sukuk (EBUS)), three IPOs, and two additional EBUS issuances.
So far this year, the largest fundraising has come from continuous EBUS, totaling IDR 98.80 trillion across 105 issuances. Rights issues contributed IDR 12.70 trillion, while EBUS raised IDR 8.30 trillion and IPOs IDR 2.16 trillion.
OJK also highlighted the growth of securities crowdfunding, which has reached an aggregate value of IDR 2.01 trillion by July 2026.
At the same time, the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) noted that four companies are still awaiting IPOs, adding to the seven listings already completed this year with IDR 2.16 trillion raised.
For debt instruments, 15 issuances from 11 issuers are currently in the pipeline and expected to proceed to listing soon. Hasan added that investor participation continues to expand, with 1.1 million new Single Investor Identifications (SID) recorded in July alone.
“The steady increase in investor numbers reflects the success of market deepening initiatives and the strengthening of the digital ecosystem in Indonesia’s capital market,” he said. (Gusti Panji)
