Minister McCarthy Meets West Nusa Tenggara Governor Lalu Muhammad Iqbal in Pandanduri, Lombok

KBRN, Pandanduri-Lombok : Governor Lalu and Minister McCarthy visited the hydro power plant project at the PUPR's Pandanduri dam. This hydro power plant is the result of UK-RI cooperation through the low-carbon energy project, MENTARI.
The power plant is supported through the UK-Indonesia Low Carbon Energy Partnership MENTARI, which has facilitated the upgrading of the existing state-owned dam into a renewable energy power plant.
Through MENTARI’s Viability Gap Fund, and in collaboration with PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (SMI), PT Brantas Energi and the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government, the micro hydro power plant will contribute towards Indonesia's clean energy ambitions.
