EMT Indonesia Helps Thousands of People in Myanmar

KBRN, Naypyitaw: The Indonesian Emergency Medical Team (EMT) continue to work in providing medical assistance towards people in Myanmar, victims of earthquake. Since April 3, EMT has helped 2,273 patients at the 50-Bed Oattara Thiri Township Hospital, Naypyitaw, the capital of Myanmar. A number of medical services provided to the earthquake victims include emergency services, outpatient care, child health, minor surgery, obstetrics, pain therapy, pharmacy services, basic laboratory and X-ray examinations.
