An event titled ‘Wisdom in the Old Town: A Lunar Celebration’, a Form of Appreciation for the Diversity of Indonesian Culture

KBRN, Jakarta: ‘Wisdom in the Old Town: A Lunar Celebration’ at House of Tugu, Old Town, Jakarta enlivened the Chinese New Year 2025, which is celebrated on 29 January 2025. The presence of this performance is a form of appreciation for the diversity of Indonesian culture that is harmoniously intertwined and promotes the Kota Tua area, Jakarta, as one of the leading destinations that is rich in world-class cultural heritage. Minister of Tourism Widiyanti Putri Wardhana, while attending this activity, Monday (17/2/2025) said the performance entitled ‘Wisdom in the Old Town: A Lunar Celebration’ confirms the commitment of the Ministry of Tourism (Kemenpar) and the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta to revitalise the Old Town as a world-class city. Jakarta to revitalise the Old Town as a historical location as well as a dynamic arts and cultural centre.
