KBRN, Jakarta: Indonesian commuter rail operator, KAI Commuter launched a special multi-trip payment card at BNI City Station in Jakarta on Friday (14/2/2025). As reported by Antara, it can be also used as an identity for people with disabilities. The feature was launched to improve the accessibility of commuter line services for disabilities, thus fulfilling their rights.
KAI Commuter, a subsidiary of the state-owned railway company Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI), is Indonesia's only commuter railway operator. It operates diesel- and electric-powered commuter rail services in provinces across Java island, as well as some local train services and the Soekarno-Hatta Airport rail link.
