Aldila Sutjiadi Wins WTA 500 Singapore Tennis Open 2026

RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta - Indonesian tennis player, Aldila Sutjiadi and her New Zealand partner, Erin Routliffe, have won the women's doubles title at the 2026 WTA 500 Singapore Tennis Open. In the final at OCBC Arena, Singapore, on Sunday, 27 September 2026, Aldila/Erin defeated China's Tang Qianhui/Xu Yifan 6-3, 6-2.

Aldila/Erin produced a solid performance across both sets, maintaining their advantage to complete the match in 1 hour and 19 minutes and secure the Singapore Tennis Open 2026 trophy.

The victory marked Aldila and Erin's third title as a pair. Previously, they won the ATX Open in 2023 and the Mubadala DC Open in 2026.

Meanwhile, the Singapore Tennis Open title is Aldila and Erin's second title of the 2026 season, following their victory at the Mubadala DC Open.

Aldila shared her happiness over the achievement in a video posted on her personal Instagram account. “We're very happy to got trophy here,” Aldila said in the video.

The achievement in Singapore adds to Aldila's record on the international tennis circuit. Her success with Erin also marks an achievement for Indonesian tennis at the WTA 500 level.

Indonesia's Ministry of Youth and Sports has also praised Aldila Sutjiadi's achievement in representing Indonesia at the international level. The achievement is expected to further motivate Aldila to maintain her performance and pursue positive results in upcoming tournaments.
