RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta - The fighter soldiers trained by the Headquarters Detachment (Denma) of Rapid Response Troops Corps (Korpasgat) have once again proven their ability on the national stage. The prestigious SLC Cup Road To Japan event took place at Fairway Nine Mall, Surabaya, from April 3-5, 2026.

In an official statement recieved by RRI VOI on Wednesday night, the national championship, the Korpasgat Jujitsu Team successfully won a total of 6 Gold Medals and 1 Silver Medal, after competing with the best athletes from various regions in Indonesia.

That dominance is reflected in the solid performances of the athletes across various classes. Private Dinal Fadlan Hambali won 1st place (gold) in the -69 kg Jujitsu Full Contact class. Private Fransiskus Karubun won 1st place (gold) in the -56 kg Jujitsu Full Contact class.

Meanwhile, Private Reynaldi Nuriza also contributed a gold medal from the -62 kg Jujitsu Fighting System class. This success is not merely a stroke of luck, but rather the result of high discipline and intensive training patterns implemented within the Denma Korpasgat environment.

The performance of the soldiers in the arena not only demonstrates technical skill but also reflects a champion mentality and high sportsmanship as commandos. "This achievement is a beautiful gift for the unit and also proof that the Korpasgat soldiers possess superior fighting qualities, not only in operational tasks, but also in the arena of competitive sports," the team leader said.

With the brilliant results in Surabaya, the athletes are now optimistically looking forward to their chances of advancing further in international competitions. This victory is expected to serve as a catalyst for the spirit of all Korpasgat soldiers to continue honing their skills and bringing honor to the nation and their unit in the future.
