Indonesia Wins Six Medals at 2026 ASEAN BMX Racing Cup

RRI.CO.ID, Jakarta - The Indonesian BMX team concluded the 2026 ASEAN BMX Racing Cup in Bangkok, Thailand, by securing second place in the final medal standings on Sunday, March 15, 2026. The team collected a total of six medals across various events.
Indonesia’s only gold medal was won by Amellya Nur Syifa in the BMX Racing Women Elite event. In addition, the team earned two silver medals. Aditya Fajar Putu Soekarno won silver in the BMX Racing Men Elite event, while Rafelino Mahendra added another in the BMX Racing Men U23 event.
Three bronze medals completed Indonesia’s tally. Rio Akbar won bronze in the BMX Racing Men Elite category, M. Irsyad Panji Putra Asywa in the BMX Racing Men U23 category, and Fasya Ahsana Rifki in the BMX Racing Men Elite category.
With one gold, two silver, and three bronze medals, Indonesia finished runner-up in the overall standings. Host nation Thailand emerged as champion, collecting five gold, two silver, and two bronze medals. ***
